Nice creek view from my room, very relaxing. The front desk staff was unhelpful during check-in, which was frustrating. Enjoyed playing in the casino. it's open 24/7. Housekeeping could improve, as I found hair in the bathtub.

missingWrote a review on Sept 10comfortable bedsexcellent servicelack of breakfast optionspoor pastry qualitylimited food choices
Comfortable beds and excellent water pressure in the shower made the stay enjoyable. A convenient location near a nice restaurant contributed positively. However, the lack of a continental breakfast was a letdown, and pastries were hit or miss, particularly the blueberry donut. While a shuttle service into town was available, it would have been nice to have more dining options on-site.

We had a great time at this family-friendly resort! The kids loved the back patio, where we enjoyed picnics and watched deer by the running creek. It was relaxing and truly brought us closer together. Our King Room was cozy and met our needs, especially while traveling with our small baby.
For dads, it would be great if the pool had more kid-friendly hours. My kids wished there were more activities specifically for younger children, allowing everyone to have fun.

The Queen Room was super comfy with nice beds and tons of outlets for gadgets. It was pretty clean, and the pillows were nice too. Not too much noise, so I slept well. The convenience of having a restaurant on-site was great! Just a short shuttle ride into town made it easy to explore. Overall, a solid stay.

During my recent stay, i appreciated the short stroll to the beautiful deadwood trailhead and the fascinating historical old town, which were perfect for exploring on foot and soaking in the local scenery. while the room was comfy with pleasant furnishings, there were some maintenance issues to address for a better experience.

The back patio is perfect for family picnics while you watch the deer and listen to the creek. Plus, the casino is open 24/7, and the free hot breakfast was a bonus. The nature around here is amazing for the adventurous types who want to explore the Black Hills!
However, our check-in experience was a bit rough. The front desk staff was unhelpful, making the process frustrating. It felt like they didn't care about our requests, which put a damper on our excitement.
